Product quality-related complaints:
- Customers must report quality issues within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Grievance Acknowledgment & Resolution Timeline

Upon receiving a grievance, we will acknowledge the complaint immediately and issue a ticket reference number.

Our customer support team will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 7 working days.

Complaints older than three months from the date of occurrence will not be entertained.

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (except national holidays).

Product Quality-Related Complaints: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (except national holidays).
