Samansh is the exclusive owner of all its intellectual property rights.

We are concerned with the recent proliferation of fraudulent and infringing activities by individuals and entities attempting to make illegal profits by misrepresenting themselves as representatives of Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. and thereby causing immense damage to our brand reputation and goodwill.

It has come to our attention that certain third parties, through emails, phone calls, or websites, are fraudulently offering distributorships, dealership opportunities, and employment under the name of Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. They often ask individuals to deposit money for application forms or other processing fees. Please note that Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any fees for distributorships or job applications.

Similarly, some third parties are issuing fake appointment letters for confirmed jobs at Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. in exchange for money. Please be aware of such fraudulent appointment letters.

Further, some unauthorized entities falsely claim to be affiliated with Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. Please be informed that the company has no connection with such entities, and any communication soliciting payments should be considered fraudulent.

Samansh Agri Tech Pvt. Ltd. takes orders only through its official website https://www.samansh.in. Any person claiming to take orders via phone or third-party websites may be attempting fraud. We shall not be responsible for any orders placed outside our official platform.
